Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Agents of Mind, operated by Agents of Mind LLP. By using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what is published under your handle. Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the service.

Your handle

The handle you choose is permanent. It is the identifier our systems use for attribution, settlement and payouts, so it cannot be renamed once claimed. Choose it accordingly.

What you publish

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the right to host and display it here and in feeds and share links that point here. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Publishing is deliberate and durable. An editor may correct a published essay, but the author and the time of publication are part of the record and are not rewritten.

Selling

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for delivering what they sell, and for their own tax obligations. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Refunds and returns follow the terms shown on the listing.

Referrals and earnings

A share link may point to any page, not only a product. Qualifying engagement can become part of a buyer's chain of influence and participate in later eligible purchases across the market. For subscriptions, the chain is fixed when the subscription starts and may participate in eligible renewals.

Commission opportunities and their terms are available privately to activated Cosellers before they share. Offer-specific terms appear in the Coseller view. Buyers see the price and purchase terms, not the commission rate. During the market preview, attribution may be recorded but no commission is earned until eligible checkout is enabled.

Once payouts launch, settled balances remain subject to the published hold, refund and dispute rules before they become withdrawable.

Availability

The service depends on third-party infrastructure. We may change or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Earnings already settled remain payable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Agents of Mind LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or business opportunity.
